For HSVB fans - we have been informed that the Red Cloud school district is in a "high risk level" for Covid. What that means is that if you plan to attend the HSVB games on Tuesday, Sept. 27th, you will need to wear a mask while in their gym. They have also limited attendance to the game - each member of the team will be given two passes to hand out and be used to enter the game. Since we are two weeks away, this could change but it is highly doubtful, so please plan accordingly and plan to respect their expectations for our VB match. Thank you.

Schedule update: HSVB vs. Hot Springs (August 30) will start at 4:00 - due to our larger participation numbers, we are working on playing a few extra "C" games - this will be one of those dates. More updates will be coming soon on the added games.

7:00 - Varsity

Just a reminder to this year's senior class that our Booster Club will be doing Senior Banners for any senior who participates in an activity or a sport for Lead-Deadwood High School. This includes all sports, all clubs, NHS, Student Council, Band, Choir, One Act, Oral Interp, etc. - anything that is sponsored by and meets regularly at LD High School would be included. Here are the details:
Date: Monday, August 22
Time/Place: 6:30 at the high school cafeteria
What to wear: black shirt (shows up best) or if you have a uniform to wear, please do that as well

Laptop Registration/Check-Out for high school students, grades 9-12 starts tomorrow, Tuesday, August 16th -Thursday August 18th. The office will be open from 8:00am to 3:00pm.
MSFB will begin tomorrow, Monday, August 15th for grades 7 and 8 with Coach Janssen and Coach Thompson. Time of practice will be 5:30-7:00 this week Monday-Thursday - meet at the high school. Coaches will give out further information and schedules to the players.
